Keyboard Shortcuts

Here are some useful keyboard shortcuts which helps you to save time while using computer.

1. Window key + R= run menu.
2. ALT + tab= switch between window
3. ALT + space + X = Maximize window
4. ALT + space + N = Minimize window
5. Window key + Break = System properties
6. CTRL + Shift + Esc = Task manager
7. Window key + F = Search
8. Window key + D = Show/Hide all windows
9. CTRL + C = Copy
10. CTRL + V= Paste
11. CTRL + X= Cut
12. ALT + The letter underlined on the menu bar= Opens that particular menu
13. Window key + M= Minimize all Window
14. Window key + Shift + M= Restore all window
15. Window key + F1 = Open help centre
16. ALT + TAB = Cycle through running applications(right)
17. ALT + Shift + TAB = Cycle through running applications(left)
18. F5 = Refresh

19. Hold right Shift key for 8 seconds = Turn filter keys ON/OFF.
20. Left ALT + Left Shift + Prt Screen = Turns high contrast ON/OFF
21. Left ALT + Left Shift + Num lock = Turns mouse keys ON/OFF
22. Press Shift key 5 times to turn sticky keys ON/OFF
23. Press NUM LOCK for 5 seconds = Turn togglekeys ON/OFF

IF YOU ARE INSIDE A FILE

24. CTRL + S = Save file
25. CTRL + A = Select all
26. ALT + F4 = Close that application
27. CTRL + P = Print menu
28. CTRL + N = Open new application
29. CTRL + O = Open saved application
30. CTRL + LEFT/RIGHT arrow key = Move cursor backward/forward one word

Creating A PDF Document

Hi,
I will teach you how to convert a word document( to PDF file.

To convert, you will need the following software:
~ BullZip PDF printer
You can download this software freely, click HERE.
And don't forget to download and install ghostscript, which comes along with it.

Congrats if you have installed.

Now go to any document which you want to convert to pdf file
Then, press ctrl+p, to go to print menu.















The box will come as shown above.
Now change the printer name to Bullzip PDF printer.
Select page range as All.
Then press Ok.
You will get the box as shown below.



















Then select PDF from format menu.
Then press Ok.

Thats it..... You have successfully converted into required format.

NOTE: You can convert to any other text format also by this method.
